Returns Policy
You may return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return your purchase. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached, and we will refund the purchase price accordingly.
Please obtain suitable proof of postage to cover you in the event that the returned parcel is misplaced in the post.
The returns policy does not apply to custom orders or bespoke collar alterations.

Cancellations
As all of our cat collars are handmade to order, we can only accept cancellations within 48 hours of purchase.
Collar Care & Damage Policy
Our collars are decorative, luxury accessories handcrafted with crystals and premium leather. To protect your collar and ensure its longevity, we strongly recommend removing your cat's collar during active play and rough-and-tumble activity.
Please be aware of the following:
- We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for collars that have been damaged by the cat, including but not limited to scratching, chewing, snagging, or general wear caused by active play.
- As all cats are individuals with varying activity levels, we cannot anticipate the wear a collar may be subjected to and therefore cannot provide an unlimited guarantee, particularly for collars worn continuously.
- It is the responsibility of the pet owner to assess the suitability of the collar, charm, and any accessories for their individual pet.
- Please inspect your cat's collar weekly for signs of wear and tear and replace as necessary.
AirTags & Tracking Devices
We do not recommend attaching AirTags or similar tracking devices to our collars. The additional weight and bulk, combined with the constant friction of the device hardware, can scratch, crack, or dislodge the Austrian crystals over time. Any damage caused by the attachment of third-party devices will not be covered under our returns or replacement policy.
Collar Fit & Sizing
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure their cat's collar is fitted correctly. A collar that is too loose or too tight can increase the risk of snagging, discomfort, or damage. We recommend checking the fit regularly, as cats can change weight over time.
Safety Breakaway Buckles
Some of our collars feature a safety breakaway buckle, which is designed to release under pressure to keep your cat safe. Please be aware that activation of this feature during rough play or snagging is a safety mechanism working as intended and does not constitute a fault with the collar.
Crystal & Collar Care
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your collar, we recommend the following care routine:
- Use a lint roller to gently remove any build-up of fur from the collar.
- Polish the crystals gently using a soft glass cleaning cloth to restore their sparkle.
- Do not wash or submerge the collar in water, as this can damage the crystals, metalwork, and leather.
Please also avoid exposing the collar to flea treatments, as these can dull, discolour, or damage the leather, crystals and metal hardware.
Handmade with Love
Every collar is individually handmade to order, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. Minor variations between collars are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects. These subtle differences are what make each collar truly unique.
International Orders
All customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
General
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions above are not met.
