Returns Policy
You may return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return your purchase. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached, and we will refund the purchase price accordingly.
Please obtain suitable proof of postage to cover you in the event that the returned parcel is misplaced in the post.
The returns policy does not apply to custom orders or bespoke collar alterations.

Cancellations
As all of our cat collars are handmade to order, we can only accept cancellations within 48 hours of purchase.
Collar Care & Damage Policy
Our collars are decorative, luxury accessories handcrafted with crystals and premium leather. To protect your collar and ensure its longevity, we strongly recommend removing your cat's collar during active play and rough-and-tumble activity.
Please be aware of the following:
- We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for collars that have been damaged by the cat, including but not limited to scratching, chewing, snagging, or general wear caused by active play.
- As all cats are individuals with varying activity levels, we cannot anticipate the wear a collar may be subjected to and therefore cannot provide an unlimited guarantee, particularly for collars worn continuously.
- It is the responsibility of the pet owner to assess the suitability of the collar, charm, and any accessories for their individual pet.
- Please inspect your cat's collar weekly for signs of wear and tear and replace as necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse refund if the conditions above are not met.
